Returns & Refunds Policy

At Westland Greenstone, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know your intention to return the item and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • A copy of your original invoice or order confirmation must accompany the return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the item has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide either:

  • a replacement (where available),

  • an exchange,

  • a repair (where appropriate), or

  • a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Returning Your Order

For your protection, we recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked courier service. Westland Greenstone cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the transaction once the refund has been issued.
