As pounamu is a natural stone, each piece is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, translucency and shape are natural characteristics and are not considered faults. Product photographs are representative of the item you will receive but may vary slightly depending on your device's display.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• a product is unavailable

• payment cannot be processed

• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to an error

• fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

We accept payment through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

Westland Greenstone does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier services and public holidays.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
